     The sole purpose of this Amendment No. 1 on Form 10-K/A to Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings' Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 (the "Form 10-K") is to update Exhibit 15 to furnish the interactive data files as Exhibit 101.
